Delivery

Yes, we provide delivery and can deliver direct to site for some products. 

It depends on where you are and what stock is available. We will confirm this with you as soon as possible.

Yes. When you place your order you will have the option of putting an alternative delivery address in the order.

We utilise our in house delivery service, which is comprised of ute's & trucks for small orders. For pallet orders we can delivery up to 15 pallets at a time pending accessibility to the project site.

Product

Yes, we are more than happy to supply discounts on large purchases. 

Yes we can do our best. As we have access to over 165 brands and would be more than happy to gain a quote for you and sell to you at a project rate if necessary.

Most products on the site cannot be ordered unless they are in stock. However there are some items which we don't always keep in stock. Please call us on (02) 9810 5961 to confirm your order and timelines for certain products.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order*, we’re happy to help. Just email us or call us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
*The product/s can not be opened or damaged in anyway.

We debit your account when you place and order if you do not have an account

Yes you can. You will need to contact our office on (02) 9810 5961 to request an application form. Once you have submitted the form a decision will be made clear to you within 5-7 business days if you have been approved or rejected.

If your application is approved you will have 30 days end of month payment terms. This will help with your cash flow. We also provide you with project based costings for our products.
